We’re technically solid, client-focused and proud of the work we deliver. We’re looking for a Junior Design Engineer to join our Brisbane team.

You’ll support design delivery across multidisciplinary projects, building your skills through real project exposure from day one. If you’re an early-career engineer ready to grow in a specialist field, this is the role for you.

Requirements To thrive in this role, you’ll share our values of Quality, Partnerships, Community and People, and bring:

- A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Electrical,



Mechanical or related discipline) accredited and recognised at the Washington Accord level
- Experience in a rail environment & knowledge of Queensland Rail Designs & Standards
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Rail Industry Worker competencies, or the ability to obtain them
- Experience supporting engineering design in a project environment
- Working knowledge of engineering standards, drawings and technical documentation
- Experience using CAD software/Microstation preferred
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
