URBNSURF Sydney is looking for hardworking, reliable Lagoon Technicians to join our Facilities Team.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, isn’t afraid to get stuck in, and wants to be part of Australia’s leading surf park.
About the Role
As a Lagoon Technician, you’ll be responsible for
- Supporting the Facilities Team with a variety of operational tasks on the wave generator.
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable using hand tools and completing maintenance tasks
- Mechanical, trade, maintenance or labouring experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Essential
- Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in water treatment, pools, fault finding,
or facility maintenance is advantageous but not essential.
If you are already employed at URBNSURF, these shifts can be worked in addition to your existing roster (subject to availability and compliance with fatigue management requirements).
