About the role:

- Act for both Australian and international financial institutions/corporate borrowers on banking and finance transactions.
- Advise on all aspects of banking and finance matters such as assets and structures, preparation, due diligence on businesses and negotiation of facility, security, intercreditor and step-in arrangements.
- Be involved in project finance, agribusiness finance, corporate lending and structured facilities.

The ideal candidate:





- Have at least 1-4 PQE, with prior experience in property finance, corporate finance or transactional commercial law.
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
