If you’re an experienced Cosmetic Nurse who is tired of high volume, transactional clinics and wants to step into a role where you can actually influence patient outcomes, lead a team, and build something long-term, this is that opportunity.

This is a genuine second-in-charge role within a well-established and growing clinic, working closely with a highly regarded Plastic Surgeon and Clinical Nurse Manager.

What makes this different

This is not a “treat and move on” environment.

The focus here is on quality consultations, long-term treatment planning, patient trust and retention, and doing what is right for the patient rather than pushing treatments.

You will be stepping into a leadership role within a high-performing team of approximately 6 nurses, with the opportunity to shape both the patient experience and the future growth of the non-surgical side of the business.

No weekends. Daytime hours only.

The role

You will sit at the centre of the clinic’s day-to-day performance, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring and oversight of the patient journey.

There is a strong, established patient base; however, there is a clear opportunity to further grow and retain patients through better consultation, education and long-term planning.

You will also have the opportunity to build and grow your own loyal client base within the clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering high-quality cosmetic consultations and treatments
- Building and growing your own client base
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of approximately 6 nurses
- Overseeing the full patient journey from consultation through to follow-up
- Guiding patients through structured, long-term treatment plans
- Identifying gaps in retention, rebooking and ongoing care




- Supporting the team to improve consultation quality and patient communication
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting development
- Reviewing patient data and clinic performance to drive improvements
- Maintaining high clinical standards and supporting new treatments

About you

You’re already a strong Cosmetic Nurse, but you’re ready for more.

You care about outcomes, not just treatments. You think in treatment plans, not one-off appointments, and you build strong, long-term relationships with your clients.

You’re confident in consultations and patient communication, naturally support others in your team, and want a role where you can have real influence.

We’re ideally looking for:

- 5+ years of cosmetic injecting experience
- Strong experience across skin and energy-based treatments
- Leadership experience or clear examples of stepping up
- Confidence in consultation and treatment planning
- Robust understanding of patient retention and experience
