VConsultancy (VC) is an industry-first, ‘one-stop shop’ provider offering comprehensive support services ranging from recruitment and compliance to training operations and marketing.
We deliver affordable, high-quality services to Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia through a complete ‘turn-key’ model. This allows RTO owners to focus on their strengths while we manage the tasks that demand specialist expertise. Our integrated approach creates a more efficient and commercially viable solution than managing multiple outsourcing partners or maintaining a full in-house team.
Beyond supporting external RTOs, we also manage the operations of a select group of respected colleges that deliver nationally recognised qualifications accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). We are committed to upholding the highest standards of the VET Quality Framework, ensuring that the qualifications issued through our affiliated colleges carry strong recognition both within Australia and internationally.
As part of our commitment to quality, VC also recruits, develops, and supports highly qualified Trainers and Assessors to deliver exceptional training and maintain compliance across our internal RTO operations.
Together, we aim to strengthen Australia’s vocational education and training sector and elevate it on the global stage.
