Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer in Clayton. You will operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment up to 20 kg, and support batching, colour matching and quality checks.
This role offers an immediate start, Monday to Friday with potential Saturday, day shift 6am–2pm with overtime flexibility, and a pathway to permanent conversion for the right candidate. Weekly pay and a safe, supportive working workplace are provided.
