Do you want a job where no two days are alike?
Then we might have the position for you!

- Supporting individuals to access activities in the community

What will be expected of me?
- To have a good understanding of person-centred approaches and what that means in practice for learning disabled people.
- To be a team player and have a versatile approach to make sure the service runs smoothly
- To hold a level 3 qualification in social care, or be willing to work towards this
