Job Description

An established and well-regarded personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and support the continued growth of the practice.

This is a broad role suited to a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You will oversee the firm's marketing activities while leading a small client intake team and working closely with senior stakeholders.

- Develop and implement the firm's marketing and business development strategy
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, website content, SEO, social media and online presence
- Strengthen the firm's brand, communications and market positioning
- Lead CRM strategy, database management and client engagement initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance, enquiry sources and client conversion data
- Identify referral, partnership and business development opportunities
- Coordinate events, sponsorships and community engagement activities
- Prepare tenders, submissions, presentations and marketing materials
- Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers
- Lead and support a small client intake team




- Monitor the marketing budget and report on performance and return on investment

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
- Robust digital marketing, brand, communications and CRM experience
- A demonstrated ability to develop strategy and deliver initiatives from beginning to end
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Strong stakeholder management, writing and communication skills
- A commercial and data-driven approach to marketing
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment, although candidates from other relevant sectors are encouraged to apply
- Personal injury experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Familiarity with platforms such as ********** and legal systems including Actionstep or iManage would be highly regarded

Work Environment

The salary package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience.
