THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing Cargo Crew’s B2B (business-to-business) marketing plan to support customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across key market segments.

Working closely with Revenue Leaders, the marketing team and the sales enablement manager, this role leads the delivery of sales tools, go-to-market initiatives, trade events, industry partnerships and content marketing that strengthen Cargo Crew’s market presence and support commercial objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Work closely with the business’s revenue leaders to develop and execute annual B2B Marketing Plans aligned to the business’s commercial objectives.
- Oversee the creation of highly engaging and on-brand sales tools, including customer presentation templates, catalogues, seasonal guides, and other sales collateral that supports customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and key business initiatives,



with support provided from the Client Solutions Manager and Sales Enablement Manager.
- Coordinate the delivery of value-added services and customers resources that enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. This includes, creating online order forms, assisting with assets for customer portals, coordinating customers photoshoots and customer look books.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to continuously optimise Hubspot, to allow for improved customer communications and marketing reporting and insights.
- Plan and coordinate trade expos and customer events with the Creative Services Specialist and Sales Enablement Manager, ensuring a consistent brand experience and providing sales teams with the resources required to generate and nurture quality leads.
- Support the preparation of tender and bespoke proposal responses, coordinating the creation presentations, case studies, customer references and supporting marketing collateral.
- Facilitate B2B gifting initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, surprise and delight activity, as well as donation initiatives.
- Manage industry partnerships, supporting negotiations, ensuring all benefits are utilised and tracked and sales activity is accurately attributed by the sales teams.
- Own Cargo Crew’s LinkedIn channel strategy and oversee the development of customer stories, case studies and thought leadership content.
- Administer the B2B marketing budget and regularly report on activity performance, insights and opportunities.




- Ensure customer-facing resources remain easily accessible, relevant, effective and aligned to Cargo Crew’s value proposition.
- Identify and trial new marketing initiatives, partnerships and channels that support lead generation and business growth.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing or a related marketing role.
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans that support customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
- Experience developing go-to-market plans and supporting product launches.
- Solid understanding of account-based marketing and relationship marketing principles.
- Experience planning and delivering trade shows, customer events, partnerships and industry marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with experience developing case studies, thought leadership content and customer communications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid commercial acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience creating highly engaging, customer-facing presentations and presentation templates.
- Very familiar with Hubspot or similar CRM platform
