We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team for an initial 6 month contract to be part of a major transformation initiative focused on modernising knowledge management, improving process transparency, and enabling future AI‑driven capabilities.

This position will require you to play a key role in capturing critical business processes, documenting system behaviours, designing future‑state workflows, and supporting the development of a centralised knowledge repository.

Typical Duties Include

- Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
- Document business requirements, functional specifications and user stories
- Create wireframes, mock‑ups, process flows, and other design artefacts
- Map and re‑engineer business processes (as‑is and to‑be)
- Develop system integration specifications, including data flows, dependencies, and interface requirements
- Produce Specification for mapping, transformation logic, and validation rules to ensure data integrity
- Support solution showcases, demonstrations, and walkthroughs
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing,



including test scenario development and defect triage
- Contribute to the creation of a structured, searchable knowledge repository
- Translate technical concepts (metadata, data dictionaries, SQL logic) into accessible business logic and semantic layers

Key Selection Criteria

- Experienced Technical Business Analyst, Agile Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with a passion for data and AI enablement
- Solid background in documenting business requirements, functional designs, and user stories
- Experience producing wireframes, screen mock‑ups, and process flows
- Demonstrated experience with source to target mapping, data diagrams and working with complex data pipeline components
- Experience in process re‑engineering and mapping complex workflows
- Exposure to solution demonstrations and supporting UAT activities
