BUSY At Work, part of The BUSY Group, seeks a Regional Leader to drive Employment Services and Transition to Work strategies from Townsville, with occasional travel to Mt Isa. This full‑time fixed term role runs to June 2027 and is based in Townsville.
You will lead and engage a multi‑location team, manage service delivery and performance to meet contract obligations, build productive relationships with jobseekers, employers and stakeholders, and partner with the Regional Manager to exceed KPIs.
