Machine Operators

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in Western Sydney and they're seeking reliable Machine Operators to support ongoing production. The company offers stable work, a supportive team and long-term opportunities.

About the Role

You will operate production machinery, assist with general manufacturing tasks and ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment

- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments and changeovers

- Load materials and maintain consistent production flow

- Conduct quality checks on finished products

- Follow strict safety, housekeeping and production procedures

- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

About You





- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic

- Forklift license (highly regarded but not essential)
