We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts at our Maroota site. If you have hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventative maintenance activities on plant and equipment
Respond to mechanical breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment
Undertake welding, fabrication, and general fitting tasks
Assist with plant upgrades, shutdowns, and project works
Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams
Complete maintenance work safely and to a high standard
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased reliability
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment You will have Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Machinist, or Welder/Boilermaker
Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, processing, or similar environments
Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
Welding and fabrication experience highly regarded
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
