In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for keeping our facility well-maintained and welcoming by:

- Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations

- Maintaining buildings, plumbing, roofs, and equipment (beds, chairs, hoists, mobility aids)

- Performing small repairs such as painting, window/door rollers, curtain tracks, and light bulb replacements

- Looking after A/C filters, call bell testing, gardening, and reticulation

- Helping to care for unique features like our fishponds and outdoor areas

- Supporting staff with protected chemical handling and training

- Delegating tasks to the maintenance cleaning team where needed

- Playing an active role in our continuous improvement initiatives
