The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of business services and taxation clients across a broad range of industries

- Work directly with Partners to deliver high-quality compliance, advisory and consulting services

- Review financial statements, income tax returns and other compliance obligations prepared by the team

- Provide strategic advice relating to business performance, tax planning, structures and growth initiatives

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact

- Manage workflow,



budgets and client deadlines to ensure exceptional service delivery

- Lead, mentor and develop intermediate and senior accountants

- Review technical work, provide coaching and support ongoing staff development

- Identify opportunities for additional advisory services and contribute to practice growth

- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies across the division

About You:

- CA qualified

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager

- Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards

- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory services

- Strong leadership, delegation and staff development capability

- Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

- Committed to delivering outstanding client service and achieving quality outcomes

- Motivated to continue progressing within a growing professional services environment

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or Business Services Manager seeking greater client ownership, leadership responsibility and long-term career progression.
