You’ll work closely with approachable Partners and Directors, gaining strong exposure and positioning yourself for future leadership progression.

The Role:

- Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio

- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants (up to 4)

- Managing client relationships

- Delivering proactive tax planning and strategic business advice

- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns across multiple entity types

- Driving business improvement initiatives for clients

- Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting

About You:

- CA/CPA qualified

- 6+ years’ experience in Australian public practice

- Strong tax planning and business advisory experience

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams

- Excellent communication skills





- Experience with property, construction, transport or wine clients (advantageous)
