About the role The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the marketing function for Australia & Recent Zealand.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience in a similar role/industry or can demonstrate transferrable skills from another senior position
- A track record of developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic marketing, communications and promotional campaigns
- Experience leading successful teams through coaching, training and development




- Experience meeting or exceeding business targets (sales volume, revenue and net growth)
- Successfully increased business growth, brand impact, and commercial results
- A strategic approach, coupled with analytical skills (including data analysis) to plan and implement activities that drive performance
- Excellent relationship building, networking and stakeholder engagement skills, with both internal and external stakeholders at the senior executive level
- A collaborative style to building and maintaining a strong and positive working relationships
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong influencing skills, as well as a passion for leading others, both directly and indirectly
