Precision Sourcing is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the Dayforce implementation across a major HR transformation. You will work with the implementation partner, drive adoption, and ensure readiness across HR, payroll, and workforce management.

You’ll transition from project change and readiness to BAU support, building internal capability and governance to minimise reliance on partners after go-live. Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide options available.
