About the Role
The School of Nursing and Midwifery are looking to backfill a Senior Clinical Administration Officer position for a period of up to 6 months. The role is responsible for providing expert administrative coordination to the Clinical Practice Unit (CPU) in relation to all aspects of student clinical placements and facilitation.
In particular, the role requires specialised knowledge and skills to manage a wide variety of activities that include: placement of students in health facilities; supporting the systems regarding placements; responding to placement related requests; arranging clinical facilitation for students on placement; processing invoices; recruitment/induction/training for clinical facilitators; liaising with various faculty academic staff and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent knowledge and/or experience
- Experience working in Higher Education or a similar complex environment
- High level of computer literacy, and previous experience in a marketing or customer relations role
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff and clinical stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate within a fast-paced work setting.

Base Salary Range: $101,262 to $109,641 per annum (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full time and appointment will be made on a fixed-term basis for a period of up to 6 months (to backfill staff leave). The successful candidate will be expected to work full time onsite at UTS Broadway Sydney campus.
