I'm partnering with a people-first organisation that is looking for an ambitious Senior Financial Accountant to join its high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of accounting and wants to build a long-term career with a business that genuinely invests in its people.

This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing month after month. You'll gain exposure across financial reporting, financial control, process improvement and business projects, while working alongside experienced finance leaders who are committed to developing their team.

The Role

- Prepare statutory financial statements and support the external audit process.
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support financial control, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on technical accounting matters and finance projects.

About You





- CA qualified (or close to completion).
- Currently working in Audit or Assurance within a Big 4 or Mid Tier firm.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and a genuine interest in financial reporting.
- Ambitious, proactive and looking to build a career in industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across the business.
