As part of our commitment to developing talent from within, we're seeking expressions of interest from experienced Service Crew operators for a Service Crew Leading Hand opportunity at Peak Gold Mine. This is an excellent opportunity to build your leadership capability, mentor others, and play a key role in delivering safe and efficient underground operations. Working closely with the Underground Shift Supervisor and Mine Foreman, you'll help coordinate daily Service Crew activities while supporting the development of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

- Prior Service Crew experience within Aurelia Metals
- Experience with underground mine services, including:
- Ventilation




- Dewatering
- Compressed air
- Water reticulation
- Pumping systems
- Infrastructure installation

- A strong commitment to safety leadership and risk management
- Ability to read and interpret mine plans, work instructions and operational schedules
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mine reporting systems

This role is ideal for someone looking to take on greater responsibility, develop their leadership skills and make a meaningful contribution to the ongoing success of Peak Gold Mine.
