About the role:

The Paediatric Allied Health Assistant supports the delivery of paediatric allied health services across Western Health's Integrated Community Health Services. Working under the direction and supervision of Allied Health clinicians, the role provides both direct client support and operational assistance to help children and families access timely, high-quality services. The position operates within a multidisciplinary team and works across community and clinic-based paediatric programs.

Key responsibilities:

- Supporting Allied health clinicians in the delivery of evidence-based paediatric services.
- Undertaking delegated client related activities under supervision.
- Completing accurate documentation, data collection and client record management.
- Assisting with communication and coordination across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

About you:

- Hold a certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
- Able to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Experience working with children and families and delivering delegated therapy programs.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women's prison located in Ravenhall.
