What you’ll be doing:

- Managing a portfolio of property claims through to settlement
- Taking control of your claims to ensure the best outcomes
- Conducting on‑site inspections and determining cause, extent and value of loss
- Preparing clear, timely and accurate reports aligned with AIM and client standards
- Providing a positive, empathetic experience for policyholders - we are all about client care!
- Communicating proactively with all stakeholders
- Overseeing reinstatement or rectification works where required
- Participating in CAT response when needed
- Representing AIM at industry events and client meetings, building both the AIM brand and your own
- Helping to nurture client relationships and junior talent through mentorship and positive interactions




- Travelling regionally or interstate as required

About You:

Highly desirable:

- ANZIIF Diploma of Loss Adjusting (or progress toward it)
