Plumber / Gas Fitter - Full Time Position

We are now seeking experienced Plumber / Gas Fitters to join our maintenance team and support the safe, reliable operation of our facilities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Plumbing Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, installation and upgrade of plumbing systems across Woodlands’ sites.

This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on site, and contributing to a safety-focused team setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair and maintain water, plumbing, heating and gas systems
- Maintain and upgrade water treatment facilities
- Install and repair hot and cold water and gas pipework
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across buildings and sheds
- Maintain accurate records, tools and equipment
- Assist with sourcing materials and job preparation
- Participate in on-call duties as required
- Comply with all WHS, environmental and safety procedures
- Undertake other duties within the scope of the role as required

About You

You are a reliable, safety-focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and working as part of a team.

You will bring





- Trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Fitting
- Strong hands‑on plumbing experience
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support others

Physical & Work Requirements

- Ability to perform manual and physically demanding work
- Comfortable working in hot, cold or wet environments
- Confident using power tools and wearing PPE
- Able to work at heights, in confined spaces and independently
