Whizdom is recruiting for an Advisory Officer on behalf of a prestigious NSW state government organisation. You will ensure customers receive their entitlements to pension incomes and concessions at the correct rate, and support a range of projects to improve service delivery.
The role may require a paralegal or insurance claims background, enabling you to identify clients who may be entitled to a TPD claim. You will assist with project management, stakeholder communications and documentation.
