About the Role
Working within a highly skilled workshop team, you'll be responsible for rebuilding, refurbishing and repairing heavy industrial equipment to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include
- Rebuilds and refurbishment of heavy industrial equipment
- Strip-down, inspection and reassembly of mechanical components
- Maintenance of pumps, valves,
gearboxes and rotating equipment
- Repairs to crushers and other large fixed plant
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Experience with pumps, valves, gearboxes and rotating equipment
- Strong rebuild and refurbishment experience
- Fixed plant or heavy industrial maintenance background
- Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
