The Role

- Manage and grow a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team

- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships

- Identify business development opportunities and drive growth initiatives

- Work closely with the leadership team on succession and strategic planning

- Progress towards Equity Partnership





About You
- 8+ years' experience within a CA or CPA public practice firm

- Strong Business Services and Advisory background

- Demonstrated leadership and client relationship management skills

- Commercially minded with business development capability
