Mechanics Recruitment is seeking experienced Heavy Plant or Road Transport Mechanics to join a busy operation based in Katherine, NT. This is a great prospect to secure steady, well-paid work with long-term stability.

About the role

You'll be working across local transport companies, quarries and cattle stations, keeping critical equipment moving.

Your responsibilities will include

- Service and repair of construction, mining and quarry equipment

- Fleet servicing of Toyota 4WDs and road transport vehicles

- Hydraulic hose and component repairs

- General mechanical tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Certificate III in Heavy Mobile Plant Mechanic or similar

- Own tools

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Able to work independently and in a team

- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
