Reporting to a supportive manager that embraces teamwork and professional development, the National Logistic Coordinator role will require you to:

- Coordinate the booking and collection of inbound and outbound containers and ships

- Liaise with freight and transport companies to ensure service level agreements are maintained

- Review freight rates on a quarterly basis and work with the National Manager to manage costs

- Coordinate unit stock takes, and cycle counts across multiple warehouses

- Assist,



prepare all documents related to export air and sea freight shipments

- Communicate, coordinate, and manage all stock movements between warehouses

- Assist to maintain safety policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Proven logistics coordination experience working for an organisation with multiple warehouses

- Experience dealing with freight and transport companies

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System

- Robust attention to detail

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
