About the Role

The Asset Recovery Administrator will monitor vessel movements, identify destination ports and liaise with shipping agents, port representatives and other relevant contacts around the world to arrange the collection and return of Fintran’s equipment.

This is a part-time position working three consecutive hours per day, Monday to Friday, for a total of 15 per week

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Tracking vessels and confirming their upcoming ports and destinations
- Identifying and contacting the appropriate shipping agents, port representatives and vessel contacts




- Coordinating the removal, collection and return of monitoring equipment
- Regularly following up on outstanding equipment until it has been successfully recovered
- Providing internal updates on equipment that has been located, returned or remains outstanding
- Escalating any issues that may delay or prevent the recovery of equipment

About You

This role would suit someone who is resourceful, organised and comfortable communicating with people across different countries and time zones.

To be successful, you will have:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence contacting ports, shipping agents and other external parties
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks through to completion
