In this role, you will:

- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work‑related or non‑work‑related injury or illness
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise including ergonomic assessments, initial needs assessments and other scheme‑based assessments




- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return‑to‑work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You’ll also need to have:

- Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA is required
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
