Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Architect and implement a Test Automation Framework from the ground up
- Proven experience establishing test automation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Solid background in automation strategy, architecture, and hands‑on implementation
- Experience in property / construction industries or with Yardi (nice to have but not essential)
- Define the automation roadmap, standards, governance, and best practices
- Lead automation strategy across multiple applications and business processes
- Build, mentor, and scale a capable offshore automation team
