Kirinari’s RISE Training Social Enterprise seeks an Operations Lead in Orange, NSW, to oversee training delivery and work experience for Trainees and Paid Trainees. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a solid emphasis on program quality and client outcomes.
You will supervise Trainers, manage office operations, rostering, and incident handling, while supporting recruitment and onboarding of staff to ensure successful mainstream employment opportunities.
