CORE Community Services Ltd. is seeking a Casework Support Practitioner to work with young people aged 10-18 under the Youth Justice initiative in South West Sydney.
The role supports education, employment, housing, health and wellbeing, and builds positive community connections. You will conduct weekly contact, home visits, collaborate with families, and coordinate with Campbelltown Youth Justice and Bail Court to support case plan goals.
