Occupational Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental conditions.

- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life.

- Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.

- Provide education to patients and their families on managing conditions and maximizing independence.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.

- Stay abreast of advancements in occupational therapy techniques and technologies.

Essential Qualifications:

- Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Empathy and compassion towards patients.

Desired Experience:

- 5 years of experience in clinical occupational therapy practice.

- Experience working with a diverse range of patients across different age groups.

- Experience in developing and implementing occupational therapy programs.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary Range: $74,000 - $98,000 per year (AUD).

- Proof of Employment.

- Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity

- Police clearance
