As Operations Analyst, you will focus on providing clients the best service possible and support the Front Office in creating and maintaining client accounts and the transfer of assets. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Responsibilities

- Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion
- Onboarding current clients including knowledge of documentation requirements and AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) verification checks




- Recording of static data into systems including updating client's personal information, account classifications, account products and services
- Processing account closures and deceased estates (probate/will)
- Processing of asset transfers (domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds and bonds) according to client instructions and market deadlines
- Processing asset cost bases
- Liaison with custodians and business partners
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operation Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Operations within Financial Services
- A good understanding and knowledge of Australian Financial Markets
- Degree qualified in Finance, Business or Commerce
