We are looking for a safety-focused and reliable Operator to join our Product Distribution Centre in Cairns.

This hands-on role is responsible for supporting the protected and efficient production, handling, storage and dispatch of fertiliser products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities: Safely operate fixed and mobile plant equipment to support production, product handling, storage and dispatch activities

Complete production and dispatch activities in accordance with operational schedules, quality standards and site procedures

Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues to support plant reliability

Accurately complete operational records and ERP transactions (SAP/D365)

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental compliance across the site





Follow safe work procedures and actively contribute to Ridley's Zero Harm culture

Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and transport providers to achieve operational and customer service outcomes

Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and operational performance The key skills required for this role include: Experience operating fixed and/or mobile plant within a production, manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment

Strong commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental compliance

Current Queensland Driver Licence

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Sound computer skills, including experience with ERP systems such as SAP or D365 (desirable)

Loader or other mobile plant competency (desirable) How to apply?
