About the Role:
- Provide high-quality orthopedic care with focus on hip and knee replacement
- Perform evaluation,
diagnosis, and management of adult reconstruction and total joint conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic care team
- Participate in call coverage as assigned, varying by hospital (at JFK approximately 2–3 days per month)
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Contribute to development and expansion of the total joint program
Qualifications:
- MD from an accredited medical school
- Completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency required
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint preferred
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
