Our client is a well-established boutique bookkeeping and business support firm based on the Sunshine Coast, providing tailored bookkeeping, payroll and compliance services to a diverse range of small business clients.

The Role:

- Process bookkeeping transactions and account reconciliations

- Prepare and lodge IAS and BAS obligations

- Manage payroll setup, processing and compliance requirements

- Prepare tailored management and financial reports for clients

- Provide Xero support and assistance to clients

- Respond to client bookkeeping and payroll enquiries

- Liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders as required

- Assist with maintaining accurate client records and financial data

- Support process improvements and efficient workflow management

About You:

- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience within public practice or business services

- Strong Xero and payroll experience

- Previous BAS and IAS preparation experience





- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

- Qualified and confident client communication skills

- Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude

- Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team environment
