Accor in Hervey Bay is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance across BreakFree Outstanding Sandy Straits and Mantra Hervey Bay. You will supervise Maintenance Assistants, coordinate planned works, and liaise with owners on replacements to keep guest rooms and assets in top condition.
The role requires strong leadership, WHS awareness, and excellent communication with contractors and stakeholders.
