Fletchers Supplies is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales growth throughout Victoria's iconic Alpine Region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and combining their sales career with a passion for the mountains and alpine lifestyle.

Based out of our Wangaratta location, you'll spend much of your time on the road visiting customers across the Victorian High Country, including Mount Hotham, Falls Creek, Mount Buller, Mount Beauty, Bright, Myrtleford, Beechworth, Wangaratta and surrounding alpine communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Present, promote, and sell products and solutions to both existing and prospective customers throughout the Alpine Region
- Build, develop, and maintain solid client relationships within your territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with the Sales Leader and internal sales team on monthly call plans and growth initiatives
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within set timeframes
- Continuously improve through training, product learning, and feedback

Skills & Capabilities

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and adaptable to new systems
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Comfortable travelling regularly throughout alpine and regional areas

Experience & Requirements

- Experienced or a demonstrated passion for sales, business development, and achieving goals
- Genuine interest in the snow industry, alpine communities, or mountain lifestyle
- Current valid driver's licence (essential)
- Current valid Working With Children's Check and Police Check (essential)
