Hillview Bunyip Aged Care is seeking an experienced, hands-on Chef Manager to lead a small kitchen team in a Monday–Friday role with no weekends, no nights and no early starts.
You will own day-to-day kitchen operations, from menu planning through to service, while supporting residents with nutritious, culturally appropriate meals and a robust food-safety program. The ideal candidate has a trade qualification in commercial cookery and proven leadership in aged care or fine dining.
