What you'll do

- Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of cyber security controls across LeavePlus.
- Own and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities to ensure secure access across systems and applications.
- Drive a major identity transformation project,



migrating existing tenancy profiles into a new tenancy aligned with a next-generation business application.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement secure and scalable authentication and authorisation solutions.
- Develop and maintain fraud prevention and threat detection capabilities that protect organisational and member data.
- Strengthen security controls across cloud, infrastructure, applications and end-user environments.
- Support compliance with ISO27001 and other security standards and frameworks.
- Provide expert guidance on cyber security risks, vulnerabilities and incident response activities.
- Champion security best practices and contribute to building a strong security culture across the organisation.

What you'll bring

- Strong experience in identity, access management and authentication technologies.
- The ability to balance security requirements with business needs and user experience.
- Experience delivering security outcomes within digital transformation or technology change programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to risk management.




- A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to modernise and uplift security practices.

What you'll need to have

- Demonstrated experience in Cyber Security, Identity Management or Information Security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Okta/Auth0 identity platforms, including authentication, federation, user lifecycle management and access controls.
- Experience leading or contributing to tenant-to-tenant identity migrations, including user profile and access migration activities.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Proven capability developing and maintaining Terraform scripts for cloud and identity infrastructure deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and contemporary identity architectures.
- Experience securing applications, platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention, threat detection and risk management.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 security controls and governance frameworks.
- Relevant certifications in cyber security, cloud security or identity management will be highly regarded.
