Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our NSW Team as one of our SF+ Sales Representatives, focusing on our expanding retail line up. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing key customer relationships, and expanding our retail footprint within NSW, with a focus on the Northern Sydney through to the Central Coast region. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to sell across a large and diverse range.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand on our retail market presence in NSW.

Market Analysis: Conduct in field market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and competition and report back

Customer Engagement: Engage with clients through regular visits,



presentations, and product demonstrations to promote StirlingFildes retail solutions.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Event Participation: Represent StirlingFildes at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.

About You

Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales – retail sales and pharmacy experience are highly desirable!

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a robust drive to achieve and exceed targets

Passionate about customer service and brand representation

Willingness to travel within NSW to meet with customers or interstate to attend industry events.
