We take pride in our superior service level and celebrate our employees – the heart of our company’s success Responsibilities About the Role Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of haul trucks within a large-scale open cut mining environment. You will play a key role in supporting production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Safely operate haul trucks in accordance with site procedures. Transport ore and waste material to designated dump locations. Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects. Utilise MineStar GPS technology to accurately haul material. Maintain situational awareness and identify potential hazards. Participate in toolbox meetings and safety initiatives. Work collaboratively within a production mining team.



Ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards. Qualifications About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous haul truck or heavy machinery operating experience (highly regarded). Strong commitment to workplace safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, accountability and a positive attitude. Ability to work a rotating 14/14 roster. Current driver's licence. Motivation to contribute to a productive and skilled mining operation.
