Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer located in Clayton. The important parts: Immediate start Monday to Friday with potential Saturday Day shift: 6am – 2pm (must be flexible for overtime) Pay rate: $34.96 p/h, will increase to $36.81 after 8 weeks of training. Clayton location Opportunity for permanent conversion to the right individual What you will be required to do: Operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment up to 20kg Assist with colour matching, batching, and quality checks Perform labelling, filling, and packaging of paint products Carry out machine calibration, cleaning, and changeovers Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all stages of production To be successful in the role you will: Previous manufacturing experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical. Ability to clear police check and drug & alcohol assessments. Physically fit, lifting up to 20kg when required. Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions (No Student or Working Holiday VISAs)



Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work. Forklift license highly regarded.
