Role and Responsibilities: Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds/gardens maintenance. Final touch Hort works before handover for Tier 1 Construction clients Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment. Complete mowing,



pruning, planting and landscape maintenance. Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs. Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting. Build robust client relationships and represent Solutions professionally. Monitor site standards and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain a safe workplace and ensure WHS compliance.
