About the Role As a Warehouse Pick Packer (Ambient, Chiller or Freezer), you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment across our ambient, chilled and frozen zones in a clean, well-organised facility. Your responsibilities will include: Pick Packer: Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards prior to staging for dispatch Tugger Picking Picking and packing in chiller and freezer environments in line with cold chain and food safety standards Working closely with the picking team to maintain a smooth, efficient pack line and meet daily throughput targets Maintaining a clean and safe packing station at all times,



including in cold storage areas Previous experience operating a tugger or working as a fast picker in a warehouse environment The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendance Strong tugger picking experience Ability to meet KPIs and work in a fast paced environemnt Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg where required Willingness and ability to work in chiller and freezer environments A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and correct manual handling practices Comfortable working with warehouse systems and RF scanners Requirement Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Must be able to work both Friday & Saturday and some days during the week Must be comfortable working in cold storage environments for extended periods (for chiller/freezer roles) What We Offer Ongoing, stable work with growing volumes across ambient, chilled and frozen operations Supportive leadership team Clear growth pathways and opportunities Investment in training and development We’re building something significant here.
