My Goal Disability Services in NSW is hiring Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living teams. You’ll provide personal care, daily living support, medication assistance, and community access, helping adults live safely and independently in their own homes.

We offer reliable casual shifts with induction, buddy shifts, ongoing training, and clear pathways toward permanent part-time roles as opportunities arise, plus a supportive leadership team and a robust focus on safety
