Our client is one of Australia's largest and vastly growing law firm with a leading reputation.They prioritise personal growth and career objectives, while connecting you with highly skilled and motivated professionals. Their Norwest office is now looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel level lawyer to work in their property team.

About the role

We are actively seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in property law to join a well regarded specialist team.

This exciting opportunity offers work across a wide variety of property matters, advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants, and both listed and unlisted companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing commercial, industrial, and retail acquisitions and disposals
- Handling flat land and high-rise development projects
- Advising on landlord and tenant leasing arrangements

About you

You will have 4+ years PAE with strong drafting skills and a great attention to detail.

In addition, you will have:

- Strong drafting abilities with a sharp eye for detail
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment while confidently managing tasks independently
- Approach competing priorities and deadlines with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Enjoy direct client interaction, backed by clear and professional communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
